Shirley was a very professional hair stylist. I was totally impressed with her talents in Amarillo! Wouldn't have gotten this good of a style in Dallas where I live!

Charlie McMortie is one of the most vicious, stab-in-the-back people I've had the displeasure to know both as a friend and as a patient. I'm surprised that he was able to get his LPC.

If you know him, watch your back. He's vicious! Don't do business with him.

This is not a good body shop. It took them 3 months to repair my car and they charged for work they didn't do. Not to mention that after getting my car back the front suspension fell apart where they worked on it and damaged my car again. I took the car back to them and they said they never touched the part that came apart and it must have just "mysteriously" came apart. The same exact part of my car that was damaged in the original wreck. They did not stand behind their work and acted like they didn't even care. Not only did it damage my car but it could have cause a major accident or even killed someone if it had happened at highway speeds. I would strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this shop, bad work, bad service and shady practices.

On 12-3-2009 I pulled thru the drive thru of the Potato Factory at 2808 W 34th Ave in Amarillo TX and placed my order, when the girl came back with my soft drink I told her that i wanted cheese sauce and not the grated cheese. She looked at me with this look of horror on her face and I'm thinking what the...? Then she handed me my food so i looked to see if the order was correct-which it wasn't. So i got the attention of another worker and asked if i could get it with the sauce not the grated and she looked at me really strange. The other girl came to the window and started to hand me some money and then she said maybe he(Keith Schaefer-owner) would refix it(?) Then she came back to the window and said that he was going to give me my money back. He came and tossed me $7.00 and said that he was not gonna fix the order because I should have specified what I wanted when I first placed my order, so i told him that I paid $7.55 and he YELLED at me that he wanted the coke back (which I had forgotten about at the moment). I gave him the coke and informed him that I would not return to his establishment and he said: "Good I don't want you to come back!" I then told him that I would tell everyone I knew not to give business to his establishment (which I am doing now) and he said: "I don't care" and slammed the window in my face. I sat there in shock, have never had anything like that happen to me. And yes I know I can be a bit aggressive sometimes but this time I wasn't because the girls were nice and I just assumed it was an oversight and it would be corrected. Icould tell that the employees were intimidated by him and it was like they knew or predicted that that was the way he was going to respond before they asked him to fix it. I had a seperate run in with him a few months ago but marked it up to him having a bad day. But apparently he has a bad day every day! Pass the word on. Comment on this review

Stay away! Not only did the movers seriously damage 3 antique pieces of furniture but the owner is a volatile man who is not interested in resolving the many scratches, dents, dings and scrapes our furniture endured.

Horrible, don't even bother
